María José Gálvez Cardona serves as the Vice President of the Good Governance Commission and a board member of EJE&CON, as well as a speaker for the #AquíEstánEllas initiative focusing on sustainability and ESG criteria. With extensive experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable investment, María José held leadership positions at EY as Head of ESG, and previously at Caixabank and Bankia, where responsibilities included developing CSR strategies and stakeholder relations. Academically, María José contributes as a professor in CSR and Business Ethics at institutions including CEU Business School and the Escuela de Organización Industrial. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Global Civil Society Seminar at Harvard Kennedy School.
