EK Chernivtsioblenerho PAT (EK Chernivtsioblenerho OJSC) is a Ukraine-based company engaged in the transmission and distribution of electric energy on the territory of Chernivtsi Region. The Company also conducts maintain and repair services of electrical networks. The Company comprises of 12 electrical networks districts, 11 manufacturing and service departments, as well as 17 energy distributing and administrative departments. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was the Government of Ukraine with a stake of 45%.
