Ferdinand Reyner has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Ferdinand has worked in various roles, including Project Recruitment Lead at Eka Hospital, Talent Acquisition at BMHS (Bundamedik Healthcare System), Head of Recruitment at Homecare24.id, Recruitment Specialist at Siloam Hospitals Group, and Talent Acquisition and Career Development at PT.Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk. Ferdinand also has experience in HR recruitment division at PT TOYOTA ASTRA FINANCIAL SERVICES. Ferdinand's responsibilities have included sourcing candidates, conducting psychotests, scoring results, and coordinating recruitment processes.
