Cecil Lau

Cecil Lau has over 25 years of work experience in various technical and managerial roles. Cecil has most recently worked as a Principal Technical Program Manager for Ekata, a Mastercard company, from May 2023 to the present. Prior to this, they held the same role at NuData Security, another Mastercard company, from January 2019 to April 2023. During their time at NuData Security, Cecil was responsible for formalizing and tracking strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiencies, and driving projects through the full project life-cycle.

Before joining NuData Security, Cecil worked as a Senior Project Manager - Software Engineering at Schneider Electric from March 2016 to April 2018. In this role, they were formally recognized as a top performer and had ownership of deliveries from multiple software/firmware teams. Additionally, they have experience as a Senior Business Analyst at Aequilibrium Software from October 2015 to March 2016, where they owned and managed concurrent projects in a Business Analyst and Project Management capacity.
