Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Flexera, supporting product launches and developing strategic marketing campaigns. Heather also held roles as a Senior Marketing Manager at Laird Technologies, where they spearheaded strategic marketing initiatives for wireless and IoT, and as an Insights Manager at CDW, where they championed the development of contact, channel, and campaign insights. Heather has also gained experience in demand generation, marketing, and public relations at companies such as Infogix, Inc., Compuware, PC Mall, Arrow Electronics, On Assignment, and Leighton Group Inc. Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated expertise in market research, campaign management, budgeting, event planning, and building strong partnerships.
Heather McKay holds a Master's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Wayne State University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Heather also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, General from Eastern Michigan University, earned from 1994 to 2000.
