James Cooper

James Cooper has a diverse work experience that spans over 16 years. James began their career in 2005 as a Lead Sales Representative at T-Mobile and later worked at Alltel Wireless as a Business and Consumer Sales representative. In 2015, they joined Wells Fargo as a Personal Banker before transitioning to Ekata, a Mastercard company. At Ekata, they held various roles including Account Executive, Team Lead & SDR Manager, Inside Sales & SDR Manager, and Director of U.S. Mid-Market Sales. Currently, they are serving as the Director, NAM Enterprise Sales (eCommerce) at Ekata. In their roles, James has been responsible for driving sales, managing teams, developing strategies, and meeting sales targets.

James Cooper obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in 2014. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including an eCommerce Fraud Agent Certificate from The Fraud Practice in 2021, a certification from Miller Heiman Group in 2019, and leadership development certifications from Swift HR Solutions, Inc. in 2018.
