Cedric has over 30 years experience in the DOD and Intelligence Community. He is retired military and has a proven track record in managing large scale IT Service Contracts. Cedric served as an integral piece in the execution, engineering, development, cyber, administrative, and operations and sustainment of one of the biggest IT/IS contracts in the IC, across the globe at over 100 sites, for over 10 years.
