Alenkhe Aik

Alenkhe Aik is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer at EKEDP since April 2017 and has served as a Human Resources Manager at Energia Limited since March 2014. With a robust background at Fidelity Bank Plc from June 1998 to February 2014, Alenkhe held various leadership roles including Head of Personnel Management, Head of Learning and Development, Area Manager, and Branch Manager. Strong professional competencies include Human Resources Management, Learning and Development, Facilities Management, Relationship Management, strategy, and business development. Alenkhe holds a Master of Science degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from Ahmadu Bello University.
