Sylvie Leca has over 25 years of experience in project management, innovation, and development within the food industry. Since October 2005, Sylvie Leca has been serving as Manager de projets en innovation et développement at Ekibio. Prior to this, from June 1996 to September 1999, Sylvie Leca held the position of Chef de projets innovation et développement at INTERFARINE, where responsibilities included formulating preparations for baked goods and overseeing quality control.
