Sylvester Abhulimen Okoagwa

Sylvester Okoagwa is an accomplished professional with significant experience in health, safety, and environmental administration. Currently serving as the Head of Department at Eko Electricity Distribution Plc since July 2016, Sylvester has led the development and implementation of the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy and has overseen the improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001:2018). Responsibilities include coordinating regulatory compliance with various agencies and designing continuous HSE training for diverse stakeholders. Prior roles include HSE Executive at Wadi Degla Trading & Engineering Projects, where Sylvester established and managed occupational health and safety practices, and Safety and Logistics Officer at Grid Engineering Services Limited, focusing on compliance with safety policies and risk assessments.
