Thomas McMillan has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Thomas began their career as a Credit Analyst for BB&T, followed by a similar role at Business Finance Group, Inc. in 2004. In 2012, they moved to PepsiCo as a Financial Analyst. After that, they joined IPT Global, LLC in 2013, where they held the roles of Training Supervisor/Coordinator, Technical Account Representative, and Field Service Quality Advisor. In 2018, they became a Customer Success Manager at nCino, Inc. and then moved to Motive in 2021 as a Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market. Thomas is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at eko.

Thomas McMillan attended Elon University School of Law from 2007 to 2010 and obtained a Doctor of Law (JD). Prior to that, they attended Hampden-Sydney College from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business/Managerial Economics.
