Voula Nikolarakou

Voula Nikolarakou is a Freight Forwarding Manager at Ekol Logistics since June 2019, focusing on productivity improvement and data utilization, as well as the implementation of ERP systems to enhance team efficiency. Prior experience at Ekol Logistics includes roles as Trucking Operation Supervisor, handling domestic trucking operations and cost control, and customer service roles providing sales support and telesales. Voula completed a management internship at the National Bank of Greece in early 2012. Educational credentials include a certification in International Trade & Outsourcing from Unicert Skills and a degree from the University of Western Macedonia in Balkan Studies.
