Mohamed Hibah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business excellence, risk management, and quality control, currently serving as the Business Excellence and Technology Senior Head at ELARABY Group since August 2006. In this role, Mohamed leads initiatives to establish Lean Systems and enhance operational excellence across over 30 plants. Previous positions include Business Excellence Senior Manager and Risk Senior Manager, where responsibilities included driving continuous improvement and managing potential risks to profitability. Mohamed's technical expertise is supported by a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Tanta University, a Postgraduate diploma in Quality Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Benha University.
