Lydia Ernest

Lydia Ernest is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience at El Batal Developments since June 2016, where roles have included Human Resources Supervisor, Human Resources Business Partner, and Senior HR Generalist. Prior to this, Lydia served as an Organization Development Specialist and HR Generalist at El Amir for trading & advanced industries (P&G) from November 2012 to July 2016, focusing on organizational restructuring and performance appraisal management. Early career experience includes serving as a CEO Office Manager at Family Corporation from July 2009 to July 2011, where responsibilities included managing the CEO's agenda and optimizing office operations. Lydia holds an HR Diploma in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Education (2005-2009).
