Gwen Chambers, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Human Resources on an interim basis at El Camino Health, beginning in March 2023. As President and Chief Executive Officer of Chambers HR Consulting Group since 2011, Gwen has delivered Fortune 500 HR expertise to various organizations, including healthcare institutions. Previous roles include System Director of Human Resources at Bon Secours Mercy Health, Executive Director of Human Resources at USC Arcadia Hospital, and Interim HR Leader at B.E. Smith, where Gwen provided expert HR leadership to El Camino Hospital. Furthermore, Gwen held director-level positions at HCA Riverside Community Hospital and Tenet Healthcare, where a focus on comprehensive HR operations and strategic leadership was paramount.
