Vania Rodriguez

Vania Rodriguez, MA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at El Camino Real Charter High School since December 2023. Previously, Vania worked as a Human Resources Consultant at ModernHR, Inc., where responsibilities included collaborating with business leaders on HR strategies, compliance, and best practices from November 2020 to December 2023. Prior to that, Vania held the position of Human Resources Manager at Valley Village from September 2015 to 2020, providing strategic oversight in various HR functions such as employee engagement and diversity and inclusion. Vania's earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Manager and Benefits Specialist at Total Education Solutions, focusing on HR infrastructure and managing employee benefits for a large workforce. Vania holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology and Development from American InterContinental University and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Concordia University-St. Paul.
