Texie June Petchel

Texie June Petchel is an experienced educator and tournament director with a robust background in elementary education and educational technology. Currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher at El Centro Elementary School District since August 2021, Texie focuses on tracking student progress, designing instructional plans, and integrating technology into the curriculum. Concurrently, Texie has been the Tournament Director for the San Diego County Junior Golf Association since June 2016, where event organization and customer service are priorities. As the Tournament & TikTok Director for Future Champions Golf, Texie develops engaging video content. Previous roles include Office Manager at PC Racing UltraCool, Special Education Aide at Riverside County Office of Education, and collegiate athlete positions at California State University, Fullerton, and the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Texie holds a Master's degree in Educational Technology from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
