Juliana Bustamante Reyes serves as the Director of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law at the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs since August 2024. Simultaneously, Juliana is a law school lecturer at Universidad de Los Andes, teaching courses on "Social Impact of Law" and "Memory and Peace Building," while also leading the research group "Memory and Peace." As a columnist for El Espectador, Juliana provides insights on transitional justice and peace-building issues.
