Nadine Marando

Nadine Marando is currently the General Manager at El Jannah since May 2023. Prior to this role, Nadine held various HR positions at Harvey Norman from 2000 to May 2023. Nadine also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Royal Doulton Australia from January 1997 to February 2000. Nadine holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from TAFE NSW. Throughout their career, Nadine has expertise in team management, aligning HR to business strategy, employee relations, organizational change, employment law, process improvement, training and development, mediation, and HRIS technologies.
