Ritz Nercua

Ritz Nercua, CGSP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in organizational development and HR program improvement. Currently serving as Human Resources Supervisor at El Nido Resorts since May 2017, Ritz previously held the same title at I'M Hotel from July 2016 to May 2017. Prior experience includes working as an HR Consultant at ADC76 Shared Services, Inc. from 2014 to April 2016, focusing on aligning workforce initiatives with business goals. Ritz's career began as an HR Assistant at El Nido Resorts from June 2008 to October 2012 and as a Recruitment Assistant at Career Quest in 2007. Ritz holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree with a major in Behavioral Science from the University of Santo Tomas, obtained in 2007.
