Phil Candelaria

Phil Candelaria is an experienced mental health professional with a strong background in crisis intervention and case management. Currently serving as an Assessment Coordinator at El Paso Behavioral Health System since June 2022, Phil previously held various roles at Emergence Health Network, including CES Supervisor, Crisis Specialist, ACT Caseworker, and QMHP Caseworker II, focusing on providing immediate crisis services and intensive case management. Phil's earlier experience includes work as a Research Assistant at The University of Texas at El Paso and as a CS-III at New Avenues of Hope. Phil holds a Master's Degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Texas at El Paso.
