Thomas Broussard is an experienced supply chain leader with a robust background in procurement, strategic sourcing, and category management across several industries. Currently serving as Head of Supply Chain at El Paso Electric Company, Thomas oversees a 75-person organization with an annual spend of $1 billion, focusing on digitalization, supplier diversity, and process improvements. Previous roles include leadership positions at Weatherford, Andeavor, Statoil, Halliburton, and Phoenix Petroleum & Industrial Services LLC, where expertise in procurement transformation, supply chain assessments, and vendor management has been demonstrated. Thomas holds an MBA with a focus on executive management in supply chain from Texas Southern University and additional degrees in business administration from the University of Phoenix and the University of Houston-Downtown.
