Sherry Michelson Hernandez

Sherry Michelson Hernandez has a diverse work experience in the events and hospitality industry. Sherry is currently serving as the Director of Special Events at el PRADO Palo Alto since May 2022. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they worked as an independent professional wedding and events planner. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Director of Sales and Catering at Hotel Los Gatos & Spa. Before that, they worked as a Senior Group Sales/Events Manager at Hyatt Carmel Highlands on the Big Sur Coast from 2016 to 2018. Sherry Michelson Hernandez has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Additionally, they pursued studies in Hospitality Administration/Management at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Sherry also obtained a certification in "Fred Kofman on Managing Conflict" from LinkedIn in 2016.
