Carlos Chavez

Carlos Chavez has extensive experience in maintenance and project management, currently serving as Maintenance Project Manager and Maintenance Manager for Shopping Malls at Liverpool since September 2004. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance for twenty-five shopping malls, managing maintenance contracts, and ensuring compliance with operational demands through coordination with planning, engineering, architecture, and construction teams. Prior to Liverpool, Carlos held roles at DEMAR Instaladora y Constructora as Equipment Buyer and Manager of Logistics and Materials Quality, and at Alstom Power as Commissioning Engineer, contributing to power plant projects. Earlier experience includes positions at Ford Motor Company in various engineering and technical support roles. Carlos holds an MBA from UVL and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidad La Salle.
