Brenda Goldsmith

Brenda Goldsmith serves as the Executive Director of the El Rio Foundation, a position held since May 2004, where responsibilities include the development and execution of a comprehensive fund development program alongside board members, staff, and volunteers. This program encompasses various fundraising strategies such as direct mail, special events, employee giving, grant writing, major donor development, donor relations, and planned giving. Collaborating with the CEO and team members, Brenda also focuses on marketing, media, and public relations for El Rio Community Health Center. Prior to this role, Brenda worked as the Director of Development for Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson from 2000 to 2004 and held multiple positions at Devereux Arizona from March 1988 to 2000. Brenda Goldsmith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Business from the University of Arizona.
