Douglas Spegman

Doug Spegman has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, currently serving as Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Quality/Medical Innovations Officer at El Rio Health Center since May 2010. Previously, Doug held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Carondelet Health Network from June 2008 to March 2010. Doug earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, completed a Master's Degree in Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Colgate University.
