Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with expertise in organic products, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana also holds the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at a private practice between February 2016 and 2019. Additionally, Mariana taught applied mathematics in nutrition and history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México, obtained in 2015.
