Cindi Rogers

Cindi Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Cindi started their career as an Accountant at California Federal Savings & Loan in 1983. Cindi then worked at Haskell & White LLP as a CPA before joining Sage as a Product Education Specialist. Cindi later became a CPA and Sole Proprietor at Cynthia L. Hopper, CPA before becoming a Partner and CPA at Hopper Engelund, CPAs. In 1988, they joined The Concord Group, LLC as the Director of Finance & Operations, where they stayed until 2020. During this time, they also worked as a Controller at ICM-JAE Investments, Ltd. In 2004, Cindi became the CEO and President of Synergy Direct Response. Currently, they serve as a Mercedes Achiever, Level V Leader, and Consultant at Rodan + Fields Dermatologists, a leading skincare brand.

Cindi Rogers obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the USC Marshall School of Business and the University of Southern California. Cindi attended these institutions from 1979 to 1983.
