Jennie Hansen

Jennie Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Starting from 2002, they worked at Target Corporation as a Guest Services Team Lead and later as a Leave of Absence Specialist. In 2003, they moved to USG and served as a Human Resources Generalist before becoming a Human Resources Manager in 2006. From 2012 to 2015, Jennie worked at FedEx Office as a Leave of Absence Advisor and later as a Corporate Human Resources Business Partner. In 2015, they joined Equinox as a Regional Manager in Human Resources and subsequently held positions as a Regional Director and Senior Director of Group Human Resources. Currently, Jennie is the Chief People Officer at EL1 Sports, a national sports development company focused on transforming lives through sport.

Jennie Hansen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in English from Minnesota State University, Mankato between the years 2000 and 2002. Jennie then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, completing it in 2012. In addition to their degrees, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in January 2015 and the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2010.
