Paul Gallo has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Paul began their career as an Assistant Baseball Coach and Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at Eastern Connecticut State University from 1989 to 1992. Paul then served as an Assistant Baseball Coach at the University of Hartford from 1991 to 1994.

In 1995, Paul became the Director of Camps and Instruction at Reggie Smith Baseball Centers, where they stayed until 2004. During this time, they also worked as an Assistant Baseball Coach and Director of Camps at Staunton Braves in 2003 and 2004.
