Pia Albers

Pia Albers currently serves as IT-Leitung at ELA Container since October 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at P3 from September 2018 to September 2022, where Pia held multiple roles including Managerin - Head of MS Dynamics and various consultant positions in Digital Services. Before P3, Pia completed a Master Thesis at PwC focused on collaboration between family businesses and incubators during digital transformation. Additionally, an internship at Henkel involved the digitalisation of business games and optimisation strategies for recruitment, while an earlier internship at Würth Industrie Service focused on sales and logistics projects. Pia Albers holds a Master of Science in Diversity and Change Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Groningen.
