Ariane Sarabia

Ariane Sarabia is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Elabor8 since October 2021, focusing on building a new division with a global team across regions including New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Prior to Elabor8, Ariane worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Axi for three months, where responsibilities included assisting hiring managers, salary benchmarking, and creating recruitment plans. Ariane also served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at EPS Consultants from October 2016 to May 2021, specializing in various industries including IT and telecommunications. Earlier experience includes a role as a Recruitment Consultant at Monroe Consulting Group from April 2013 to September 2016, and an internship at CARD MRI in 2012. Ariane holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2013.
