Aradhana Khowala

Aradhana Khowala is a seasoned leader in the travel and tourism industry with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Global Wellness Institute since 2024, Khowala also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Aptamind Partners, a firm dedicated to advising leaders on tourism impact. As a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Compensation and Nomination Committee for Elaf Group, Khowala contributes to the MENA region's religious tourism sector. Previous leadership includes chairing the Group Advisory Board for Red Sea Global, founding the digital platform FiveEightTen focused on diversity and inclusion in tourism, and serving on the Board of Directors for the World Tourism Forum Lucerne. Khowala was also the Managing Director of Tourism at NEOM, a groundbreaking megacity project in Saudi Arabia. Educational credentials include advanced degrees from INSEAD, Cornell University, EHL, and IHM Mumbai.
