Medhat Abed El Aall has extensive experience in finance and accounting, spanning over 25 years. Medhat began their career as an auditor at KPMG EG | Hazem Hassan, where they worked on audit teams and engaged in planning and fieldwork. Medhat then moved to Arthur Andersen & Co., where they served as a Senior Auditor, managing audit staff, planning and monitoring internal audits, and performing operational and financial audits.

In 1996, El Aall joined Securities Group as Chief Accountant, responsible for daily account activities and preparation of monthly financial statements. Medhat also focused on protecting the organization's assets through effective insurance cover. After five years, they transitioned to Mid Sports, Group Companies as a Financial Manager, overseeing various financial activities such as treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, and real estate.

El Aall continued to advance in their career and joined Abdul Latif Jameel as a Financial Controller. Here, they prepared monthly management financial reports, reconciled GL accounts, and reviewed intercompany and intracompany balances. Following this, they worked at Al Saif Transportation Company as a Finance Manager, negotiating contracts, ensuring internal financial controls, and preparing various reports.

From 2012 to 2015, El Aall served as a Finance Manager at Papa John's International, where they supervised the accounting process, prepared reports, and reviewed cost calculations. Medhat currently holds the position of Financial Director at Elaj Group, where they manage financial accounting and reporting systems, prepares reports, and develops long-term strategic business plans.

Throughout their career, El Aall has showcased a strong understanding of financial management and has consistently demonstrated their expertise in financial analysis and reporting. Medhat'sextensive experience in different industries has equipped him with a diverse skill set that is crucial for any financial leadership role.

Medhat Abed El Aall holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, which they obtained from Cairo University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. In 1999, they pursued further education and completed a program at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, specializing in becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
