Jim Dodis

Jim Dodis is the newest member of the Elan leadership team and recently joined the company from Motorola, where he spent the past 22 years. At Motorola, Jim served as Senior Resource Manager, leading product development and management of hardware and software teams developing embedded controls, radio communication systems and automotive electronics. At Elan he is responsible for product development and augmenting the capabilities of the engineering staff. In the past, Jim worked with Jim Ralson and John Tomaras developing embedded controls at EAC Technologies. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, is married to Lisa and they have four children. When not at Elan, you can find Jim following his children’s track and field activities, brewing craft beer or rockin’ his guitar with the Fletch Towell band.
