Dave Sturgis

Dave Sturgis is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in senior IT leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Lids since August 2022, Sturgis also holds the position of Senior Director of Commercial IT at Elanco since May 2020. Previous roles include Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Herff Jones, Vice President of Americas IT at Allegion US, and Director of Sales, Marketing and Connected Home IT at Ingersoll Rand. Sturgis started their career at Eli Lilly, where numerous IT leadership roles were held from May 1993 to February 2009. Sturgis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ball State University between 1988 and 1993.
