Hsin Ye Lee

Hsin Ye Lee serves as the CFO for Elanco, overseeing the finance function across ASEAN, India, and Bangladesh since September 2021, leading a team of 60 employees and driving financial goals and strategic priorities, including the integration of the Bayer Animal Health business. Prior to this role, Hsin Ye Lee was the Finance Director at GE Aviation from January 2015 to September 2021, leading finance operations for a maintenance, repair, and overhaul facility in Malaysia with significant revenue and overseeing corporate governance as a board member of GE Engine Services Sdn Bhd and GE On Wing Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Hsin Ye Lee’s extensive experience with General Electric includes positions such as Senior Controller for ASEAN, Finance Leader for GE Healthcare, and Finance Manager for GE Oil & Gas, beginning with a corporate audit role in 2005. Hsin Ye Lee holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from The University of Sheffield, is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from ICAEW, and is an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant.
