Keri McGrath Happe

Keri McGrath Happe is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Head of North America Communications at Elanco since 2015, where responsibilities include leading internal and external communications for a global animal health company, engaging with major media outlets, and managing organizational change. Prior roles include Communications Manager at Elanco, where Keri led the redesign and launch of the company's flagship platform, Product Communications Manager at Eli Lilly and Company, and Program Manager for the Madison County Community Foundation. Keri also has extensive experience as a Communications Associate at Eli Lilly and as Director of Communications for the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, in addition to working as a News Reporter at The Herald Bulletin. Keri earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Ball State University.
