Maike Renner is a seasoned quality professional with extensive experience in R&D within the animal health industry. Currently serving as Lead Quality Advisor at Elanco since March 2015, Maike provides quality leadership for global R&D functions, supporting product development and regulatory compliance initiatives. Prior to this role, Maike worked as a Quality Advisor/Consultant at Elanco, contributing expertise in development activities and quality oversight. Maike's earlier experience includes a position as Formulation Manager at Novartis Animal Health, where responsibilities included managing formulation projects and supporting business development through technical evaluations.
