David Sagen

David Sagen is an accomplished finance and business control executive with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President of Group Business Control & Compliance at Elanders since May 2019, David previously held key positions at Essity, where responsibilities included overseeing a €2.3 billion cost of goods sold for the Personal Care division and managing a €200 million budget with approximately 600 personnel. David's career has spanned various roles within SCA and Unilever, including Audit Manager and Business Controller, focused on financial planning and sustainability reporting. David holds a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Gothenburg and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University.
