Pieter Andrian

Pieter Andrian has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2000, they joined PT Astra International Tbk as a Program Manager and later became a Change Management Analyst. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at PT.PP.London Sumatra Indonesia,Tbk as a Head of Organization Development & Strategic Management Office and Sr. Manager - Human Capital Development. Pieter then served as a Director at PT. Sumber Tirta Persada from 2010 to 2017. Pieter Andrian also worked as a Faculty Member at IPMI International Business School from 2007 to 2019. In 2017, they joined Emtek as the Vice President Group HR. In 2022, they served as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee for both EMC Healthcare and Rumah Sakit Grha Kedoya. Pieter Andrian will become a Faculty Member at Akademi Televisi Indonesia in 2023 and a member of the Leadership Advisory Board - Asia Pacific at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in the same year.

Pieter Andrian has a diverse education history, primarily focused on business and management. Pieter received an MBA in Executive Management from Royal Roads University in 2005-2007 and a Master's Degree in General Management from IPMI International Business School in 2004-2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Chinese Language & Culture from Beijing Language and Culture University in 2000. Pieter also holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) in 1995-1999. In addition to their formal education, Pieter has obtained several certifications in various areas of business and leadership development, including Design Thinking, Strategic Agility, and Decision-Making Strategies from LinkedIn. Pieter also completed the Astra Value Innovation Program from INSEAD Executive Education and earned the Certified Master Project Management certification from Brainbench.
