Jessica Fillmore

Jessica Fillmore, MBA, is a co-founder and partner at Élan, where Jessica has been since January 2018. Prior to this role, Jessica Fillmore worked as a specialist in digital media at Bain & Company from March 2019 to March 2020 and held multiple positions, including associate and project manager at FRWD Co. from March 2016 to December 2017. Additionally, Jessica Fillmore served as a sales and marketing assistant at SEA LIFE Minnesota Aquarium and as a human resources specialist in the Army National Guard. Early career experience includes a legal internship at The Injury Law Group. Jessica Fillmore holds a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University and a degree in Legal Studies in Business from the University of St. Thomas.
