Harshit Kapadia

Harshit Kapadia has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Harshit began their career at JP Morgan Chase as a Team Member, where they gained knowledge in stock broking processes and procedures. Harshit worked on various tasks such as trade reconciliation, fund management, conducting conferences, and training new recruits.

Harshit then moved on to Dalal and Broacha Stock Broking Private Limited for a summer internship before joining NVS Brokerage Pvt. Ltd. as a Research Analyst. At Asian Markets Securities Ltd., they served as a Research Associate, and at Batlivala & Karani Securities India Pvt. Ltd., they worked as an Equity Research Analyst.

Currently, Harshit holds the position of Vice President at Elara Capital, where they started in 2014 as an Associate Vice President before being promoted to their current role.
