Kristina Rainis

Kristina Rainis has a strong background in human resources and finance. Kristina is currently the Vice President of People Operations & Total Rewards at Elara Caring since January 2024. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of Total Rewards at the same company from November 2022 to January 2024. Prior to Elara Caring, Kristina worked at Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) as a Senior Manager of Compensation from October 2021 to November 2022. Kristina also held the role of Compensation Manager, Variable Pay Plans from August 2016 to October 2021, and was a Senior Financial Analyst from April 2015 to August 2016. Before joining Schindler Elevator Corporation, they worked as a Financial Analyst at PVH from September 2013 to April 2015, and as an Experienced Associate at PwC from September 2011 to September 2013.

From 2007 to 2011, Kristina Rainis attended Rutgers University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. Kristina does not have any additional certifications at this time.
