Nandy Obone

Nandy Obone is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in financial management and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Elara Caring since June 2018, Nandy oversees general ledgers and performs monthly reconciliations while also analyzing labor costs. Prior to this role, Nandy worked at United Surgical Partners International, Inc. as a Staff Accountant, focusing on full-cycle accounting for multiple surgical centers. Nandy's career includes positions such as GL Accountant at Associa, where management of over 60 homeowners associations was a key responsibility, and Staff Accountant at Auerbach Albert & Gold LC, where tax return preparation was emphasized. Nandy began the professional journey as an Accounting Intern at United Regional Health Care System and holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas, in addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Midwestern State University.
