Zach Salem

Zach Salem has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and finance industries. Zach currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Value Based Care at Elara Caring. Prior to this, they worked as an Investor at Nido Ventures, where they focused on real estate investments and Pre-IPO investments in disruptive companies.

Before their role at Nido Ventures, Zach worked at Humana in various roles, including Director of Strategy and VP of Finance. Zach was responsible for driving value-based care initiatives, risk arrangements, and clinical models in home health and primary care. Zach also led the finance department of Humana's subsidiary, Kindred At Home.

Earlier in their career, Zach served as the VP of Financial Operations at Almost Family, Inc., and as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Brookdale.
