Himanshu Jain

Himanshu Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and quality management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at ElasticRun since May 2021, where development of a comprehensive product document for a new logistics business model was a key contribution. Prior to this, Himanshu held various managerial roles at Tata Motors from August 2012 to March 2020, including Senior Manager of Quality Strategy, leading quality transformation initiatives, establishing review governance mechanisms, and preparing reports for the Steering Committee. Additional positions at Tata Motors included responsibilities for outgoing vehicle quality and product audits across multiple plants, as well as focusing on customer satisfaction improvement initiatives. Himanshu's educational background includes an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science.
