Shitiz Bansal

Shitiz Bansal is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the logistics and product development sectors. Currently serving as the Co-founder and CTO at ElasticRun since March 2016, Bansal has a rich background that includes a role as Senior Principal Consultant at EdgeVerve, where involvement in automating customer service processes was pivotal. Previous experience as Senior Technical Manager at Infosys featured the development of a Distribution Management System for emerging markets, while significant contributions at DHL included architecting advanced operational systems to optimize shipment processes and enhance logistics efficiency across Europe and South Asia. Bansal holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, and possesses a strong foundation in software engineering and technical architecture.
