Daniel Eli Cowen

Daniel Eli Cowen is an accomplished video professional with extensive experience in video strategy and production. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Video at Elastic, a role begun in July 2024, Cowen is also the Owner of Line of Flight Films, a full-service video strategy and production company established in January 2013. Previous roles include Creative Video Director at Snyk, focusing on video collateral for multiple teams, and Video Strategy Director at InVision, where Cowen led various video initiatives and produced a documentary titled "Squads." Additionally, advisory positions at Ethic and Designlab involved providing insights on brand and video production strategies. Cowen started as a cinematographer in freelance roles and holds a BA in Film from Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York, completed in 2011.
