Felix Barnsteiner

Felix Barnsteiner is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as Floating Tech Lead Observability and Principal Software Engineer II at Elastic since February 2018. In this role, Felix collaborates across teams to enhance Elasticsearch for observability data. Prior positions at Elastic include Tech Lead in Application Observability and APM Agents, demonstrating a focus on the Elastic APM Java agent team. Before joining Elastic, Felix worked as a Software Engineer at iSYS Software GmbH from March 2011 to January 2018.
